What We Offer
Estate Sales
An estate sale is a sale conducted at your home to sell all of the contents inside it. This will include everything in the house from clothes, furniture and household goods to patio furniture, and garage items.
Organization or Downsizing
We can streamline your possessions and create a more manageable living space. We will help bring order to your surroundings.
Packing & Relocation Coordination
We can deal with the packing of all of the belongings. We can also recommend a licensed and insured moving company and coordinate the move.
Home Sale Prep & Management
We will work with and manage any professionals that need to be brought in to have your house ready for sale. This could include painting, landscaping, or home cleaning - Cleaning your home professionally is a must when the home is ready to be marketed. This usually includes deep interior cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. We can then arrange to have a realtor who specializes in Senior Relocation available for you.
Senior Placement Services
We understand that finding the right senior care option can be overwhelming, often complicated by various factors and life circumstances. For families seeking care for a loved one, the process can be particularly stressful and emotionally taxing. We can ease this burden by offering expert placement services at no cost to seniors or their families. Our Process
Estate Sales
We offer meticulous planning, expert organization, and seamless execution for your Estate Sale needs.
First, we will stage the entire home. We will provide all the supplies & displays necessary. During the staging process, we will take inventory of every item included in the sale.
Once displayed to a level that meets our standard, we begin our marketing & advertising. We will promote each and every item through various channels, including social media, mailing list, estatesale.net, estatesale.com and numerous local pages as well. On the days of the sale, we will put out signs throughout the neighborhood and nearby main streets to provide easy directions right to your sale.
After we have every item advertised, we begin our highly thorough research process on every item for pricing. We understand that the market fluctuates, so each item is individually priced based on current market value.
Once the sale has ended, we offer 3 options for any remaining items.
1. We can box up the small amount that is left and donate to a charity. We will provide you with the receipts.
2. We can leave the small amount left over & take out our supplies for you and your family to decide what you'd like to do with it on your own.
3. We will provide a liquidator to come take the rest, paying a small amount which provides an extra towards your sale.
Then we will remove our supplies and make sure to leave your home clean and ready for the next step.
Before you sign a service agreement, we want to make sure you completely understand everything involved in the process. You are welcome to have a friend or family member with you when reviewing the details of the agreement.

We will decide what sort of supplies and boxes you need, how to best organize and label your belongings and how to pack things safely and efficiently for the move. Expect that everything will be packed for protection, clearly labeled, and ready to go.
We can then coordinate a fully licensed and insured moving company and be onsite throughout the process.
Depending on the location you are relocating to, we can help on that side as well. From being available on site for the movers to setting up and streamlining the new space.
